Converter 22-feb-2012, rev13172, no CUDA, patched by NF

This is beta-version (rev. 13172) of bardak's X-Ray game asset converter, codename "Kartoder". This version fixes some bugs, also the optimization.
Please don't expect too much from tool yet :)

Modifications from rev. 13172 code base:

1) support for file masking when extracting files from game archives - f.e.:
"converter.exe -unpack -xdb gamedata.db0 -flt .ogf" will extract only *.ogf files, with full directory structure
"converter.exe -unpack -2215 gamedata.xp0 -flt \levels\" will extract only all files in which path inside game archive structure exist \levels\, i.e. all levels with all files in subdirectories

2) over 2Gb support for large files, game archives, allocating large memory ( see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/wz223b1z(v=vs.80).aspx )
3) no CUDA, made with VS 2005, source patch included ( no ogg vorbis support )
